Nelson has taken care of my vehicle a number of times this last year. He's always very polite and attentive to my needs as a customer. My vehicle is taken care of in the time promised and there are no surprises with the invoice; except a small error due to warranty. I would recommend Nelson to anyone who requires service at Jacksons'.
