Excellent customer service. People are so nice there. You need descent price go talk to Ken or Andy. They are the best. I would give them 9.5/10.

Thanks to Andy and Ken I'm riding in style! Couldn't be happier with the service and the car. I was stressed about buying a new vehicle and they made the process go so smoothly and took the time to make sure I completely understood everything about the sale AND my new ride. I can't wait to upgrade in a few years and deal with these guys again. Thanks!!

Thanks to Andy and Ken I'm riding in style! Couldn't be happier with the service and the car. I was stressed about buying a new vehicle and they made the process go so smoothly and took the time to make sure I completely understood everything about the sale AND my new ride. The sales guy did not only manage to pisse us off he claimed we disrespected him and the dealership? The car (2012 honda civic) was ok not great but ok. Listed at 16k "on sale" for 15,200. We did the usual test drive and of we go to the desk to get the price I told the guy- we will pay cash. So he goes to get the deal for us. Comes back with "We can finance it at 16K for a total of 18,900 with taxes. " We told him cash not financing. His response was just pay it off in like 3 months or so. Pardon??? which part of "we are paying cash" did he not understand?? So I offer him 15K with taxes included expecting "well let me talk to my sales manager" or some other usual crap. We get "you disrespect me and our dealership"- really ?? I think this will be the last time at this place - I was a regular maintenance customer guess no longer ...
