Always wanted a Lexus and walked into a tent sale in April and drove out with a 2010 RX450 with approx 38K on it. The sales rep David Tran and the sales manager Bill McCallister we're super to deal with treated us like, as they refer to their customers as real GUESTS, have never encountered this anywhere before. I would recommend Tony Graham Lexus anytime and I will be back, by the way my first oil change was a dream, treated very professionally and the icing on the cake was the loaner during the service period and guess what that was? Thanks to a great team. Service is always what I expect it to be

I found a scratch on the rear bumper after the service. It's the 1st scratch in 4 years since I owned this car.

My car came with a faulty tire pressure sensor and it usually needed to reset/ or relearn by using a special handheld tool more than once, otherwise the system will show nothing on the dash even after highway drive. Although some technician doesn’t believe about this 2nd time reset “magic”, Brad is still willing to spend his extra 5min to reset it for me. Thank you!

Overall experience after everything has been 5/5. I recently purchase a used vehicle from here. I was recommended a sales representative, Tan Vo. The same night that we were in contact with each other, he found the vehicle I was looking for! I went in for negotiations on the vehicle. Tan was very professional and went in knowing what he could offer me, didn’t try to start off screwing me over as other dealers have in the past (extra charges, no leeway whatsoever on tires/brakes, etc.). For the days to follow he met all my needs and was as professional as you’d expect from a Lexus dealership. Gave me recommendations on cleaning products and went as far as sending me everything I need to pick up to take care of my new purchase! Next person I was introduced to was Shirley Cheung, she called me promptly during a timeframe that I set. She was to be dealing with my finance % and setting up the money side of things for me. Let me start with, she is very good at her job. I only had one issues, I was recommended a undercoating (rust proofing) for my car and the rate was $700, this seemed high so I made a few calls and either I miss understood or it was $500 too high. Besides that, she got me an amazing % for a used vehicle (thank you). I had a couple visits after getting my car back regarding my tires. Each visit was quick and painless, tan took care of me every step of the way. I dropped it off so they could take a second reading of my treads because i was worried that they had less than 50% life left in them. Tan set me up with a loaner while they looked over my vehicle, no issues, no cost. I got my car back and they gave me the same answer, it has more then 50% life. I was then introduced to the service manager Chris Carey, he heard about my issue and ended up helping me out, got me some tires that were clearly in better condition (basically new). Answered all questions I had about the car and was very flexible with a time I could come by and drop off my car to get the tires changed. Gave me one of the tires that they changed because it was still good. The Lexus team from the moment you walk in, and every visit onwards is there help. It’s the little things they do that make the experience. Making sure that you are comfortable, satisfied during and after every visit. Thank you!

I was informed that the control arm required replacement. I agreed to proceed and was subsequently advised that the part had to be ordered. I was charged for the part even though it was unavailable and there was no time provided for when it arrive. I have dealt with this dealership for 7 years and have never failed to pay my bill. The professionalism of the staff has decreased substantially in the past 4 years where the sole motivation is to generate profits as opposed to providing a customer centric experience as Lexus was once known for. While it would be more inconvenient, I will try the service department at BelAir.

Hello Miro, Thank you for writing to us regarding your concerns. I do understand that this is not the service you expect from a dealership that you have chosen for the past 7 years. However, I do urge you to consider the delays caused by supply chain issues since March 2020; we at the Service Department have also been struggling to meet deadlines due to shipping delays. I have been on call with Lexus Canada regarding control arm you ordered and they assure me that the part will be here within the next 2 days. Miro, the problem, I hope you understand, is that we are trying to navigate a pandemic with protocols set prior to its occurrence - i.e.:- Guests to pay for parts prior to ordering. Lexus Canada is aware of these issues and is working with partners to resolve them at the earliest. I will give you a call as soon as the control arm has arrived.
