sloppy service

The current promotion states that i receive a free satnav with the purchase of my new cx-5. It was confirmed by the sales staff at the time of purchase. However, When I brought the car in to have the protection treatment done, the staff was unaware of this and would not give me the chip. Neither the business manager, sales manager nor the sales person from whom I bought the car were present to confirm my request. Now I will have to drive another 30 km and back in order to finally receive what should have been installed when I first drove the car off of the lot. I do realize it is a free promotion but I am concerned about the inefficiency of my experience - is it willful or just sloppy??? Hoping to hear from you soon, Charlotte Weiss 604-796-2432

no trust in the service department

charged $252.00 to remove intake manifold to get at a mouse nest. they blew the nest out with a water hose. the manifold was not removed. plus told shop rate was $126.00 but was charged at $167.00 . will never by a car from vernon dodge again

Ferrando was approachable and professional through out the entire purchase. No phony sales pitch, he found out what I was interested in and put me in the car I wanted with no problems. The other staff were equally helpful and professional.

It was good. A bit of nervousness but the staff were friendly. A couple minor miss communications but nothing worth complaining about. Car is still very new so not much else to say.
