fast service, answered all of our questions....awesome.....we have family members who bought elsewhere and the service is a far cry from the exceptional service we receive at Jacksons!

Had to bring vehichle in for a recall, was greeted by Mike and everything was done in a timely manner and he came & got me to say serivce was done and handed back the keys.

As usual, my service experience at Jackson's Toyota, was efficient and even enjoyable! The Service Advisor Mike was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. It is a treat to enjoy a warm baked cookie and delicious coffee, catch up on some reading and know your car is in good hands and will be ready shortly! I can never fault Jackson's with their Service Dept. standards. Thanks again!

I recently had my Matrix serviced ... oil, lube and air filter changed ... and the visit could not have gone smoother. I was greeted as I pulled in, directed to the lounge, notified of the need for the new air filter, and not long afterwards called to the check-out desk. A few questions answered and I was on my way ... until next time. Thank you all for the great service.

First checkup and oil change with tires changed as well. A busy day at the service desk but my visit was handled reasonably quickly and in full. I did ask a question about timing for subsequent maintenance but have yet to receive an answer.

Hello Mr. Simpson, I understand from speaking with Mike Fraser, your concern is how often to change the oil. In accordance with Toyota Canada's recommendation, the oil is to be changed every 6 months regardless of kilometers, but not to excess of 8,000 kilometers. I hope tht helps clarify things. Normally, I feel uneasy taking my car into any service facility but Mike greeted me with genuine warmth and friendliness. He effortlessly transitioned from the usual talk of car service and needs to a more personal conversation which put a nice human factor into a business environment. Keep up the good work Mike!
