Effortless even during a pandemic

Buying a car on your own can be nerve wracking and also painful but Luke at Race made it super easy and painless. I spoke with him told him my situation and 4 hours later I was in his office and test driving a car that I fell in love with - two hours later I drove away in my new car! Thank you Race Auto and especially Luke for making the process quick and painless - I will be back!!!

I bought a 2019 vehicle from Race Auto in March 2020, and am very pleased with the service and staff. They were professional, efficient and cooperative. Erin was great to deal with during our transaction. I would recommend this place based on my experience.

Bad Business Practices

I am a student and this was the first time buying a car on my own and finally happened to find a good car for a good price. Service was great Erin was phenomenal, took the car for a test drive, loved it. Erin talked to the owners about what they wanted for a price and decided the shop needed to look at the car before they could give me a final price with my trade in value. They were supposed to get it looked at later that day, the shop never had a chance and Erin called to let me know they would be working on first thing in the morning, great communication no problems. So I get a call at 2pm the next day (today) to find out the car was sold last night at 7pm. The MVI on my current vehicle is finished today so now I've spent all day waiting to hear back about the car I was fully sold on. Just to hear it is sold and I am stuck with no vehicle....
