We recently purchased our first Honda here and we are very happy and pleased with the service that Nate Reimer has given us throughout the buying process. He's very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable in what he do. If you're planning to buy a vehicle, do yourself a favor, go to Winnipeg Honda in Waverley and ask specifically for Nate, he'll not disappoint you. Also, thanks to Alana Verhaeghe for her expertise in the financial/closing documents aspect. She gave and explained us different options for vehicle maintenance, insurance, etc. Good job guys! Highly recommended. 👍

We chat a little bit, did the test drive, the next thing we know - we already owned our brand new 2025 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD Hybrid! I will personally refer him on your next car purchase. Very poor experience with buying my second vehicle here. I was buying a 2023 CRV Hybrid. After no communication from my salesperson (Andy) I contacted him in which he informed me that he had ordered a different trim and a different colour than the one we had agreed on (there are text messages confirming which colour I was ordering). He blamed it on him "getting old". However, the colour he had ordered was $500 more expensive, which he said he could not refund. I was very disapointed and felt cheated out of $500. A few weeks later, the manager called and offered his apologies as well as $300 in credit. However, when I went to get an oil change I learnt that the credit had never been applied to my account. Eventually after going to the manager the credit was added, but what a stressful ordeal it was. The day AFTER my oil change I get a call offering a promotion for $40 off an oil change over the next two months. Why call about an oil change promotion the day after an oil change? In summary, I did not like the under-handed tactics used to sell me a car and the total lack of communication and action when buying a ~$50000 vehicle. After purchasing two vehicles here I will not be going back and cannot recommend the salesperson I was dealing with.
