We got all informations we needed about the car and the staff are professionally ok to serve clients. We are satisfied in general, so anybody we will know who wants a new car we can tell him or her to come to Honda for an HRV! We appreciate you service

I have to edit my previous review because the service here has changed dramatically, for the better. The service department service has improved dramatically. Staff are still friendly, however they have not been pushy and will send you e-mail reminders and give you a courtesy call to remind you of your service appointment. Also like the ride service plus the free refreshments they offer in the waiting area. The business area of the dealership is still rough to deal with (pushy) but I think this is common to all dealerships now and you just need to be firm and prepared when you go in.

I walked in and was welcomed by several people. After looking at a showroom model of the car I was interested in I was asked by another friendly salesperson if I was taken care of and if I had any questions. I said I had a few questions and we had a conversation in her office area. She came across as knowledgeable and credible and tried very hard to make sure all my requests and needs were addressed. The service was prompt and fair. We discussed all my options at that point and I returned another day for a test drive where more options were offered. I ended up upgrading and am very satisfied with my decision to get into a Honda. The whole experience was professional, friendly and quick.

I really appreciated the time Stefanie took to explain everything about the vehicle and accompanying us for the first drive of the demo. She make the experience very enjoyable, while acknowledging that our choice in a new vehicle was a very important decision for us.
