Great Sales Staff. As a business owner I can say that it’s not everyday you find a team that is committed to outstanding customer service. But that what you get at Henley Honda. Service has been great to deal with as well. Fast and efficient. Respectful of my time.

I have always had great service at Henley Honda. I have purchased a few cars in the past there and I use the service station often. Recently, Erin Sammy was able to help me pick out and purchase a 2019 Honda Fit Sport. Erin made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. He went through all the details in the car and helped to calm my nerves when on our test drive.:) He pointed out things in the car that I didn't even know where available! Brandon Houtby in financial services was also very helpful. He explained all parts of the purchase- finances clearly. Both men were respectful and helpful throughout the process. I recommend you check out Henley Honda for your next car- and ask for Erin and Brandon. Thanks Henley Honda. I love my new Honda Fit!!!

We recently purchased our 2023 Honda Odyssey. Even though it was a long wait to take delivery of the vehicle, Erin kept us informed of the timelines. When our van finally arrived, the Henley Honda team were excellent at trying to make our purchase experience memorable. It started with the valuation of our trade-in which was very satisfactory to the purchase terms on our new vehicle. I will definitely recommend Erin and Henley Honda to anyone who is looking for first class service.

I recently purchased a HRV from Henley Honda. The transaction went smoothly from start to finish. Brayden was the sales representative who continually kept me in the loop during the whole process. He was kind, professional and non-judgmental with questions asked. Brandon was the financial representative with the paperwork who was realistic, friendly and helpful. The manager for the sale representatives took the time to introduced himself & help with process as well. It was welcoming and positive experience buying my vehicle.

made me return for 3 visits after a simple warranty request for a blower motor. it wasn't fixed the first time, I instantly went back in and told them, mechanic sat in my car and told me it was normal. it took me making a meeting with the service manager to make him listen to it for them to be like "oh yeah that's not normal" and eventually got it replaced. also just had an oil change and found out later in the day that they unplugged my dash cam and left it unplugged. found this out after trying to get footage off of it for an almost- accident. great sales department and the service manager is actually really good, but the staff need training.
