Didn’t receive what we had signed up for

We had purchased a 2020 crv and had to give a 500$ deposit. Everything was agreed upon. Now we receive a call 1 week later stating they couldn’t find a 2020 crv but had a 2021. So we had agreed To purchase it. Now it took 3 weeks to receive it. Here’s the issue. So when we went in to re sign the papers for new vehicle the paperwork wasn’t done properly so it had to be redone. Also on the bill of sale we had lock nuts for the tires and that wasn’t provided. The 500$ deposit was not refund that day to our credit card. So now we have to take the time out of our day to come get our deposit and a check for the lock nuts. It just seemed like we were just another client and you just wanted the contract signed and is gone. We’ve been loyal for many many years now and this was not a good experience. Don’t get me wrong, everyone is very polite but it’s just how it was handle.

Oil change and brake flush

As usual Dan was informative and understanding with my questions and my concerns. He explained why the brake flush hadn't been done at the time of the certification of the car of which I purchased June 2nd 2020. At the time of the work being completed Dan explained it was discovered metal under engine shield missing and was not replaced as not in stock; it has been ordered. Dan explained he checked all the notes and there was nothing mentioning the "missing metal piece". I appreciate it being replaced as "goodwill". Palladino's and Dan Strong have been very good to me. I appreciate there kindness.

The service was excellent. Tamara at the service desk did a great job of explaining things and even took the time to introduce me to the technician. He also was freindly and did a great job explaining what he found. I would not hesitate to bring the car back for service.

organized, quick and efficient

I had my very first oil change completed. The apt was already setup for me at the time of purchase but I had to change it and that was accomplished quickly and easily. I was given instructions on how to drop off my car in the morning. I was offered a driver but that was not needed. As soon as the work was completed, I received a text message and was also able to pay through the text which eliminated extra contact. At this time, that was important to me.
