Once you buy and gone your a nobody

I've been trying to get in to get my brakes to stop sqeeking...and left messages with the manager and have never even returned my calls...2 recalls still not done...me and my wife have bought a vehicle from laurentian and we are not very happy with the service...I am going to another dealer for repairs and my wife has stopped going for oil changes...they dirty your vehicle with dirty boots and hands! @#$€₩¥£.

Worst experience ever. Will never purchase a vehicle from there again. They are currently holding my vehicle for 2 weeks waiting for someone to approve an extended warranty. They promise to give me an answer everytime I call but then don't have an answer only to tell me they have been really busy and the guy that approves the warranties was not in. Just such a run around. According to Chrysler Canada who I spoke to many times also followed up with Laurentian as it was senior management from Laurentian that needed to make a decision. And after all, we were informed that the pictures weren't actually sent when we were told they were and they finally sent the pictures 2 weeks later. The good news is that they finally fixed the part on my vehicle weeks later however bad news is that it is running worse then it did. I understand that it is an old vehicle but I would have expected to have gotten a warning from the technician before driving off in an unsafe vehicle.

Of no fault to your dealership it seems dodge has a major issue with ac units. Only giving 2 to each dealership a week. Knowing as of last week I was 39th on the list that would be sometime in Oct. Before it gets fixed. First ram purchased in 30 years , most likely my last.

The team at Laurentian Chrysler was awesome so friendly took there time with us. Not pushy at all. They were very through on everything and took the time to explain everything to us.
