Maybe selling cars they do ok but maintaining them and servicing them they are awful! My sister brought her VW Tiguan for a "clanking noise" in the front end and charged her 400$ for new front brakes instead of just looking right beside and seeing that the end link bolt obviously came out. Went to VW dealership after and they felt so bad the didnt charge my sister for the bolt. What a blatant disregard for what the customer actually needed. 👏 way to go Car Lot. The repair would of taken a second compared to the front brakes and rotors but I guess you're too money hungry.

great place to sink 10k worth of repairs into a car in 2 years and have to sink another 4k in the third. Atleast the staff are nice, the cars aren't so great.
