After visiting a few other dealerships in town, it was like a breath of fresh air walking into Palladino Honda. Every team member there knows their priority of customer service and excellent communication skills. I am very happy to have purchased my vehicle with them.

Met with Jayson Ball to explore my options regarding purchasing a new Honda Civic. Jayson was friendly and professional, and was able to provide me with all of the information I needed to purchase the car of my choice. He was knowledgeable and helpful both during and after the sale, following up more than once to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I expect great service at Honda dealerships and Jayson and Palladino Honda certainly didn't disappoint me. I always have good luck at palladino. There's never a problem scheduling my appointments and the staff is courteous and respectful. This is my third Honda for a reason: palladino is worth coming back to.
