Husband just bought a car this week at Winnipeg Dodge. Great service, great staff, great experience. Lee was especially helpful. Overall very happy with Winnipeg Dodge and their services.

We made the mistake of giving Winnipeg Dodge one more chance yesterday and of course they blew it. Took the van in because of a rattle in the front end, passenger side, and the techy called and told me that "it was the receiver for your trailer hitch and some stuff moving around in the van", I tried to explain to him that it wasn't the trailer hitch, I just put that on, but of course he knows better and wouldn't listen to me when I tried to tell him the issue. 5 minutes down the road the rattle starts again so we will have to try another dealer ship. DO NOT GO TO WINNIPEG DODGE!! Horrible customer service, condensending techies and just a all around crappy place to try to work with, we have never had a good day with them in the 4+ years we've been dealing with them.

Worst dealership ever I bought 4 vehicles from them and the shit service they give I've sent my car there 5 times each time they said it was fixed but wasn't spend almost 2 grand only to find out they never did shit and it's gonna be another grand to replace the part that there still not 100% sure will fix the problem!!! Never ever deal with them for either buying or service I strongly advise to take it elsewhere no matter how much they make u think they know what there doing !!!!

Bought a van...the sales guy was very pleasant. Had some issues and the gemeral sales manager, got everything dealt with and super professional to deal with.
