I have purchased a new car from you since 1988. This time was no different although I did not buy a Buick. Christina was wonderful obtaining just what I wanted ( ie. colour and size) I am enjoying driving this car.

I found the service team agent (Laurie) courteous and efficient. I also contacted J.J. Volga for assistance in programming my iphone direction finding system with my car computer. He was very accommodating regarding an appointment time and willing to offer technical assistance as I am unfamiliar with iphone/ car system integration. J.J. was also the sales agent from whom I purchased my car a year ago. He was very friendly & knowledgeable about the new cars. He facilitated finding the hatchback model in the colour I wanted because it was not available on the lot.

We went into the dealership to look at new 2019 trucks, and were welcomed very politely by J.J, a sales personnel, who took us around and showed us several trucks. We seen one truck that we both liked. so J.J. , myself and my husband took the truck on the road for a test drive. Back at the dealership we went to J.J.'s office and he informed us what the truck cost and what came with the truck. We found J.J. to be very pleasant, helpful and able to answer all our questions.
