I emailed you about ur workers some workers got no education or experience to work on our expensive vehicle How come you guys hired people like that we spend money not a Toy to play with real life vehicles our life depends on vehicle we drive So how u guys let no EDUCATION workers to work on our vehicles ISHAN MADUSHANKA his name please check on him This is so wrong

Jacob Ehmann is an amazing, informative and caring Product Specialist. I am female and physically disabled. He asked about any specific needs or concerns that I have to ensure the vehicle would meet my needs. He spoke to me with respect and truly wanted to make sure the vehicle was comfortable and would work for me. He is extremely knowledgeable and when he did not know an answer he contacted the correct coworker to get the information. Jacob accommodated my work schedule and having my parents come to check over the vehicle as well. Answering all their questions as well. He even picked me up from home so I could get my vehicle sooner! A million percent will be contacting him when it's time to upgrade! Kent Collum Finance Manager is wonderful to work with. He answered mine and my parents questions. Was very organized and efficient completing the financing process of my vehicle. This was the first vehicle I have ever purchased from a large car lot, but I felt no pressure at all. Kent explained all benefits and cons of any additional warranties that were available. Truly a pleasure to deal with. Darren Bast Service Advisor I met briefly to go over future vehicle maintenance. He explained how follow-up calls will be given and if I haven't driven enough to warrant an oil change, how they would arrange to follow-up at a later date. No pressure to do anything, just wanted to make sure my vehicle is taken care of. Wonderful customer service. Overall if you are looking to get a vehicle and want an amazing experience please contact these lovely gentlemen!

My boss booked an appointment to service his vehicle and also booked a shuttle for me to take me back to my work. When I delivered the vehicle and asked for the shuttle,they said it would be here in few minutes. I waited for 15 minutes and asked them again for shuttle. They still said few more minutes. few minutes became 1 hour but there was no shuttle. I missed some of my appointments with my customers at work. My boss was pissed, so he called them and they were very rude. My boss told them to give our vehicle back, then the guy on call said “I can't do that, it is not my department so come here and talk to my supervisor and hung up. So my boss put a review about what they did and he got a call back from someone who asked about the review. He was rude and he said, now they will not work on his car. Bad Customer service, not even apologised for what they did. Waste of Time! Even though my boss bought vehicle from them couple years ago, they should not treat their old clients like that. Very disappointed !

I had my oil changed on my vehicle. The service was done on time and in good time. I was satisfied with the customer service and the service done. I appreciate that I was able to make an appointment to change my oil as well.
