I phoned to book an oil change and left a message. My call was returned within 30 minutes. I was in and out within 45 minutes.

I had been to multiple dealerships and Rick took care of me. The service and experience was excellent, my wants and needs were listened to and the options were presented. He ultimately help through the decision process and got me in the truck I wanted for the best price possible. The added personal touchs in the support and calls after the sale to ensure everything was to my expectations and satisfaction was excellent. Rick and the team treat you like family, I couldn't ask for anything more.

If you're buying a vehicle from Wheaton, I'd definitely recommend working with Stacy Wong! She made purchasing our 2025 Silverado EV incredibly easy. Also, a huge shout-out to Darren Bast for his fantastic service with all the truck accessories. Thanks!

Update: a resolution has been reached, they have offered some money back to help pay for the repairs. This would not have happened if I had not fought for it. Additionally I have since received quotes for repair from $5000-8000. I was given $1500 from the dealership as settlement before I knew the repair costs. They will not return my follow up calls to discuss this new information. Buyer beware - unethical used car sales I purchased a used truck from Wheaton Chevrolet in Regina on May 15. At the time of purchase, the vehicle appeared to be in pristine condition, and there were no visible concerns during my inspection. However, within hours of driving home (3.5 hour drive away), large chunks of paint began peeling off from multiple spots on the vehicle under normal driving conditions. I immediately sent pictures to my salesman, who had his manager call me the next day. When Bert finally called to address my concerns, he was dismissive from the start, gave no indication they would take responsibility or offer a solution. His tone was condescending, and frankly, it came across as sexist—he didn’t seem to take me seriously at all. He abruptly ended the call without resolving anything. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. He informed me the truck was sold “as is” and that the dealership had no responsibility to assist me. However, during our conversation, he also admitted that this is a known issue with Silverados of that year, and that they had received numerous complaints about the paint peeling. To me, this indicates the dealership knew of this issue but chose not to disclose it before the sale. The damage was clearly pre-existing and would have occurred regardless of who drove the vehicle home. It only became visible after a few hours of regular driving—something a customer could not have anticipated or discovered during a standard visual inspection. What’s even more frustrating is that, after that one phone call, I have been ignored despite reaching out multiple times. Had the salesman followed through on his offer to deliver the truck to Saskatoon, it would have arrived with visible paint damage and I would have refused the vehicle. Now I’m left with a truck that needs thousands of dollars in repainting, and a dealership that refuses to take any accountability. I understand the nature of “as is” sales, but this feels like a loophole being used to avoid responsibility for a known defect—one that was not disclosed. It’s disappointing and feels deceptive. I am still hoping Wheaton Chevrolet will do the right thing and cover the cost of repainting or offer a fair resolution. Until then, I cannot recommend this dealership and urge others to be extremely cautious when buying used vehicles here.
