I would award 5 out of 5.Courteous, prompt, informative and skilled.I highly recommend dealing with the service dept. I have been using their service for rhe last 10 years. Thank you Haldimand Motors.

Our vehicle was supposed to be buffed, detailed and fixed before we picked it up. We get there on the weekend (it's out of town for us) and NOTHINGS done. We then have to call on on Monday to make a service appointment as they aren't opan on the weekends. We get the part fixed and they apologized for the mess and said they would do a full detail. I get it back and about 90% of the moldy goop was cleaned out of the cup holder and nothing else in the vehicle was cleaned, still stuff all over the ceiling and windows. It honestly looks like they let children "clean". The quality of their "clean" makes me worried of the quality the autos machines is it truly "fixed" .......

Great experience. I test drove a truck and discussed warranty and financing with a salesman. He was happy to go through all the steps with me and answered every question in what seemed to be a very straight forward and honest way. No real sales pressure and no hassle to take a test drive

Excellent experience. Took a vehicle for a test drive at our own pace. Liked what we tried out. Went through vehicle checking out history. We're given the history of vehicle. Liked what we saw and purchased it. No pressure at any time. Listed some defects on the vehicle with the sales team. They had then fixed and delivered the car to us. Now proud owners of a newer vehicle that satisfied our needs. Very happy. As an added bonus they gave us a company coat. Great service very friendly and trusted. Thanks for the great experience.
