It was a pleasure to purchase our CRV from Orangeville Honda. I prefer their "no pressure" approach!

Very friendly. Efficient service. Straight forward. Honest staff. Clean and tidy sitting area and show room. Nice option to have a TV, wifi and refreshments

I was able to book an appointment for a few days following my call, my service was completed in roughly the time I was quoted, and I had a relatively comfortable place to wait and have a coffee/water. Everyone was friendly.

Excellent customer service from start to finish

From my first inquiry regarding trying to find a used reasonably priced, low kilometers, loaded, etc. etc. vehicle the staff at Orangeville Honda helped me do exactly that. Our sales rep, Kelly Cottrell was very knowledgeable and efficient. She advised they had a vehicle on trade that was yet to be seen by them, but because we were interested they arranged for our mechanic in Newmarket look at it before we even test drove it. Once we did that and liked what we heard and seen we started the negotiating. They made that very easy and finalized the arrangements very quickly. As there was a slight hiccup in obtaining the plates when we picked up the vehicle the manager offered us a credit towards oil changes. Unfortunately due to the fact we live an hour away I'm not sure we will be able to actually use it, but nevertheless it was a nice gesture. I have since told coworkers and friends about our experience. A coworker recently purchased a used Pilot from Newmarket Honda as Orangeville didn't have what she was looking for. I really enjoy driving my Pilot and have found it to be a very comfortable vehicle for road trips. I would recommend Orangeville Honda for excellent service, both in knowledge and customer service.

The customer service team at Orangeville Honda is exceptional! On Monday Sept 14, 2015 I was in for a service to have a part replaced on the engine and a new Fuel cap installed. The service was done in the 2 hour time span they provided me with, they had a shuttle service to take us home and back to the dealership (which we really appreciated). The team in Orangeville are always accommodating, friendly, and they take the time to explain in detail any questions or concerns that I may have. Thank you all! Regards, Ashley Broderick

Great service A++ staff, at a great price

Friendly service professionals, great prices and fast service. Great atmosphere. And the sales reps are very friendly and helpful. They have friendly drivers as well. Very impressed with everything about orangeville Honda, they make you feel good about having your car serviced there.
