Brandon was very patient, gentle and wonderful sales representative. He carefully listened to our requirements and suggested the perfect car at one go which we ended up buying the very same day. I've never had such an amazing experience. Everything about purchasing a new vehicle can become so stressful. However at this dealership; they make it so easy that there was no stress! Not only was I made to feel in control about my choices, there wasn't the usual pressure that you can experience at dealerships. I was always kept in the loop with what was happening regarding my financing application. The amount of helpful advice and unbelievable support showed me how easy going and stress free choosing a new vehicle can be. Although everybody at this dealership was awsome. Prab is the main person that helped me there. He was my go to guy there; still is. Prab was absolutely outstanding from the start through until even today, he surprised me with a phone call. Just to check with me and make sure everything was still going well. He made all of my inner worries fade away. He helped me in finding a vehicle I absolutely love. He stuck with me all tge way, with his knowledge, support and great people skills I would definately recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle; look no further then White Rock Dodge; ask to speak to Prab he will make it happen. One of the best Dodge Dealership in Canada, It's been more than 7 years that all our family members are with Dodge and we moved from Toronto to Vancouver, so we searched a lot to find a good dealership. This location is definitely the best in Vancouver and one of the top one's. Very honest and professional staff. The salesperson Brandon is a true gentleman and he helped us to choose a proper vehicle, he was very honest, professional, helpful and polite. I think he is a great asset for this company. The financial manager was super helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. It was a very pleasant experience to purchase from this location. We are very happy choosing this dealership.
