This is my first time ever buying a car through a dealership. I would like to thank Louis and Boudy for making the experience of buying a car through bank street Hyundai easy and comfortable. These gentlemen are highly knowledgeable, have excellent customer service skills and explained everything in a way where someone with little to no experience buying through a dealership can feel comfortable and happy with their purchase. Attn single ladies needing to buy a car!!!!! I bought a used car from Maen a few weeks ago. Buying a car is not something that people do often and it was not something I was looking forward to. I dreaded it, actually. Maen made the buying experience pleasant; he wasn't pushy and he took his time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. I really appreciated that. His communication was excellent and consistent and all delivery details were completed as promised and incredibly quick. I had my car in 4 days! I would recommend Maen and this dealership for single women looking for a used car.

I didn’t buy from this place as I’m looking for a manual affordable vehicle but they don’t have manual vehicles in the lot. I’m giving the 5 stars because the salesperson Mustafa was so helpful and he looked for the next 3 weeks expected trade in to see if he can get me one. This place is highly recommended
