Well, I can see why everyone here gives this place a 5 star rating. Just bought my 2017 Buick Enclave and the service went fine. Everything was done good. There was a bit of a wait over a hour on the previous Sat as Dave was so busy. Just a matter of bad timing I would say. Dave explained things to me and helped out greatly. Very easy to get along with. No pushing. Picked up my SUV today on 17th of Oct. Dolly came forward in the showroom and introduced herself. She then did the paperwork for me then we headed outside to get used to this new 767 type or vehicle. She got the On Star going for me something that I have heard of but never used. I mentioned to Dave in the showroom about seeing if he could get me a cleaning kit, some rags, etc so I can wax the SUV in the spring. I have always been one that loves to hand wax my vehicles and look after them. He looked surprised when I told him this. I could see some doubt in his face like it was going to be hard, or this is a request we don't get that often. I will see what I can do he says. Half an hour later, I think he forgot so Dolly or me I can't remember which one, reminded him. While Dolly and I are in the SUV learning the ropes, Dave comes out with a cardboard box. In it was a blue pail with a cloth, glass cleaner, liquid wax, and a sponge. I thanked him for this. It is a start. I will have to buy a few more rags but what he gave me was a great start. I think every Dealership should at least give a new customer some glass cleaner, etc. I paid full price for the vehicle, the asking price that is, so I found this to be a nice gesture but don't think I should have to ask for it. It should be standard practice in all areas. The vehicle was clean considering the wet snow we just had in the middle of October which is much too soon. So many new things to learn her. The dealership is nice and has a very friendly staff. I would gladly have my new SUV serviced here but I live out of town. Dolly at first thought the oil changes that I have left which are just one, would only be available there but I said, that should be honoured at any GM dealership. She looked into it and found out I was right. Driving the vehicle home was a dream. I could have drove all the way to California. Such a upgrade. With winter around the corner, the heated seats and steering wheel are going to be a real bonus. Auto start, etc. So many new things. Makes driving so much more enjoyable, safer and easier. I will stop in and say hello next time I pass through Listowel. And now comes the best part of buying anything new. Reading the owners manual.
