very upset with the service I received over the phone today from a lady in service. I fully understand miscommunication and I’m sure they deal with a lot but a little respect on the phone would be nice in return for someone’s business! Will deffinately reconsider having my vehicle serviced elsewhere.

2018 Silverado - Excellent Service

Lindsay Buick / GMC provide amazing Customer service. I recently purchased a 2018 Silverado and had some warning lights come on (warranty repair). Luke Avery at Lindsay Buick/ GMC set me up with a rental immediately and was able to get my truck fixed & back to me in less than 24 hours. This far exceeds my previous experience with a warranty repair with a ford vehicle (took 6 months). I can't even begin to describe how appreciative I am of Luke and the team! Thanks Again!!

I came to Lindsay Buick GMC and after meeting my sales rep Halina Dart I knew I wanted to buy my car here. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. She was so patient with my million questions and was very supportive when I changed my mind numerous times. she went above and beyond for me! I never once felt pressured and am looking forward to the ongoing support that Lindsay Buick GMC offers. Wonderful staff and wonderful experience.
