We are very happy with the product but wish they would repair the damage that was done to our ceiling tiles from the leak they caused! They broke one of the shutters (compensated $100 on our bill) on our bathroom window and when they were disconnecting the plumbing, a leak occurred and ruined 2 ceiling tiles in our basement. They said they would be back to replace the tiles. Haven't heard 'boo' from them since! Wondering when they are coming back

Our old tub has renewed beauty and is easy to clean. The initial visit was thorough and the installation took just a few hours. I appreciate the professional attitude all way round, with no mess left for us just a sound, well-fitted tub . Thanks.

Our project involved covering the bath enclosure and the bath tub with Bath Fitters material which was pre-measured. Additionally, the bath fixtures (taps etc) were replaced along with a new shower curtain rod and safety bar. The project went exactly as advertised and the finished project looks lovely. Glen the installer did a great job, cleaned up after the install. We have since received numerous comments with respect to the great looking finished product as well as surprise at the timely manner in which it was completed. We are more than pleased.

Installer was courteous and pleasant. Old shower walls, faucet, taps, shower head and window trim removed. Installed new bathtub, shower walls, window trim, taps, faucet and shower head. I had noticed scratches on the hallway wall and was reimbursed for same. My husband and I are very pleased with the products installed in our bathroom. However, the next day I noticed two scratches on the hardwood floor in the hallway and, unfortunately, a few days later while I was cleaning in the bathroom I noticed scratches on my new vanity and marks on the ceiling. I did not contact Bath Fitter regarding the hardwood floor, vanity and ceiling, but did speak to Angela on Monday of this week and mentioned same to her and she will be getting back to me.

beautiful job done but the surround was 1 inch too wide so we could not put our over the toilet cabinet back up. also the shower curtain came crashing down and hit the tub.

The job was beautiful. The bath surround was just an inch too wide so that we could not put the over the toilet cabinet back up. The shower curtain fell down and hit the tub when a towel was hung over it. I took and replaced with the old one I had.

Service person did an excellent install and superb cleanup. He, however, arrived late and took 2 full days to complete install. He put the shower rod up too high (Did not consult us before drilling holes). He also took old shower head without verifying whether we wanted to keep it. Would have been nice to know of the 24 drying time requirement for the caulking as it incurred 3 days of not being able to use our main shower.

All went very well. My installer Richard was a pro. He used drop clothes which was very impressive beginning. He did a great job and cleaned up very nicely. I recommend bath fitter to anybody who needs some work done to existing bathroom.
