Wait time was excessive for an oil/filter change

I booked an appointment and still had to wait 2hrs for an oil/filter change. The check sheet showed that tire pressures had been checked which I am aware we're not as I had to change the pressures when I arrived home. Surely a 2 hr wait is excessive when the technicians time allocated on the service sheet is nowhere the 2 hours taken for the service. On a positive note your service advisors are perfect.

I'm treated like a valued friend as opposed to just another customer; they work with me to make the service experience a positive one right from trying to set-up a convenient time, rental for the day as well as trying to understand my needs so they are in a better position to correct the concern in a single visit when-ever possible.

Sales great financial department not do

Sales person great sorry financing dept not great told to stop by pymt on old car when doing up my new car as it was traded in which I did, then on may 8 old Loan bank called from collections felt this is were I’m not happy. After speaking to the person I come down get this fixed up. Requested confirmation that this had been completed as of today may 15 still haven’t received anything. Again sales person was great found me my new car. Also note when doing up my paperwork serial # didn’t match when signing had to be redone. Will I continue to come here yes as so does my husband.
