I brought my cadillac in today for an oil change they said it would take 45 min and it took 2 hours so I decided to go in and ask if I can test drive a Cadillac I liked and the guy said are you buying or is it because your cars in the shop I told him i was looking for one like this but he refused to let me drive it and said it was because insurance purposes meanwhile I've drove many of the cars there with no problem or questions asked this one guy was just a dick i will never buy another cadillac from them what a terrible experience this time around

My wife & I recently purchased our eighth vehicle from Haldimand motors .... the first one was purchased when they had five cars on the lot in the 1980’s ... we purchased it from John Paul & Arda Edelman...the most recent vehicle we purchased was from Nic Edelman...It’s been 35 years we’ve dealt with Haldimand Motors ... We’re EXTREMELY happy with the personal attention We’ve ALWAYS experienced from them.... Not to mention the AWESOME deals we received...

We went looking for cars they have lots of them and they have lots of trucks too but their prices are kind of expensive especially if you're getting financing.

I bought my truck here a little over a year ago and unfortunately I had to put some unexpected money into the vehicle but it is used so I realize that is part of the risk, but what has prompted to me write this review is a leaf spring issue, they replaced one when I purchased the truck and now the other one needs to be replaced, would it have not made sense to do both at the same time? or at least mention to me that they had to do the one and i should consider doing the other one, even if i had to pay for it. They also said they put a new set of brakes on my truck but now the breaks need to be done, I've put 25,000 km on the truck with next to no trailer-ing and don't feel that the brakes should need to be replaced this early, maybe a service but not replaced. To put it abruptly I feel that the service department at this place is a complete joke, when you pay good money for a truck I expect a little bit of initiative when it comes to the overall maintenance of the vehicle your buying (I.E. the leaf spring) and that they would install quality parts (the brakes). For these reasons I wont be back and will not recommend.
