I have sent many people to Race not to mention I have been buying cars from them for 10 years or more. I had my transmission go in my 2018 Altima the other day after only owning it for 7 months give or take a bit. Anyhow when I called for some sort of help with a loaner vehicle I did not get any help at all and when I asked for a call back I did not receive one! I will not buy another vehicle from them or send anybody else to them either. I would never have expected that sort of customer service from them at all!
