I’ll be honest as far as the actual service goes, Nurse isn’t awful. What is awful is the 2014 Cadillac SRX we purchased new from Nurse. We have had it in for seat issues, leaking sun roof, cue system not working, auto tail gate not working, all on top of the usual brakes, battery, tires etc. And now the touch screen has a spider crack which has apparently been a known issue for years. The vehicle has cost us thousands on top of the sticker. Nurse did give us a $200 card for our inconveniences but come on, how about standing behind your product?
