Very pushy sales team. Unwilling to negotiate, very low offer on trade in. Another car dealership offered us almost double what this one did.

We have nothing but great things to say about our first experience at Dilawri Hyundai. When we first inquired about a (used) car, Tran was prompt, honest and quick (and hilarious!). We got to the dealer, test drove the vehicle and knew right then we were ready to purchase it. It was a quick and simple process and we were able to pick it up completely road ready 3 days later. We really loved our new (to us) car, but about 2 weeks later we noticed a noise, and called back to inquire. The staff at Hyundai had our car into the shop, fixed and returned to us within 24 hours, free of charge to us. They have fantastic customer service that can’t be beat. We are highly impressed with all of the staff we dealt with through the entire process and will definitely be back when the time comes to buy another car!
