I was around the white rock area looking for appraisal on my car to see how much I could get for trade in. Right when I got to white rock dodge Prab was already outside and started to have a conversation about how my day was and what brought me here today. Prab is a great sales man that knows how to treat customers like family and he also got me a sick deal on my car for trade in and he showed me all the options I had.

Don’t get fooled by all the good reviews on here. Don’t wast your money here! These people are shady and Untrustworthy. Be very careful dealing with them. If you aren’t experienced in dealing with shady sale people like these guys, don’t buy from them. To make a sale they up sold my 22 year old sister that did not know anything about contract, buying a car and warranties. Keep in mind my sister is a student with a part time job with an income of $800/month. Explain to me how was she approved for $55k financing with $0 Dow payment. They sold her a brand new car and tricked her into buying close to $7k extended warranty , then went charged another aprx $2500 for car care, aprx $800 for key and fob care and about $1100 for documentation. What was the paper made out of hold to coat $1100? Seriously, how do you finance a car to a student with an income of $800 a month and expect her to pay $743.88 car payment and $800 insurance. Where did you think she was getting the money? Did your financial manger lie on her application to the bank? Btw people, the car is worth 35k and charged her 55k after all the none sense. Unbelievable. I understand you are in it to make money, but at what cost? A cost of ruining a young person’s life?

Brandon is the best saleman I have ever met! Brandon can help get you in the right vehicle for the payments you want to be at. He was very polite and a funny guy made the whole car buying experience amazing also gave me top dollar for my beater I owned for 10 years daily driven. I haven't had the pleasure to personally meet Brett YET... BUT he has been absolutely phenomenal at assisting me in the possibility of upgrading into something that works for our changing and growing family. He's personable and family oriented aswell as patient and understanding without that overly pushy salesman persona. I look forward to continuing to work on our deal and fingers crossed I'll be meeting with him and the rest of the amazing team to sign some papers and drive away lol...
