Very polite and friendly. Good atmosphere when you enter their building. Willing to help you as much as they can even if your credit isn't the best. Made the process very easy for us. 10/10 would recommend.

Steve and the rest of the team at The Car Lot worked hard to help us find someone interested in our wheelchair accessible van and even harder to send me home with the truck of my dreams that I never thought I could actually dream about and a car for my husband. They all went above and beyond with their excellent customer service, treated us with respect, and answered all our questions and texts even when they were repetitive because we wanted reconfirmation, all the while maintaining their senses of humour which matched ours and kept us laughing. We highly recommend them and will definitely be back when the time comes!
