The service dept has to be the worst one in the city. They're now charging $69 to just "look at your vehicle" when you suspect something needs to be examined. Every service dept I've been to in the past, is happy to have a look at a part of your car you're worried about. Stay away!

Hi Shaun, As I hope you can appreciate, we unfortunately cannot work on vehicles for free. We have trained and high skilled technician who we must pay to diagnose and repair vehicles. I have also tried to look up your file and could not find anything under your name to get more information from you. Stay away from this dealership when it comes to service. They nickle and dime you. I was given a 7 year, bumper to bumper warranty, and every time I've visited this dealership for my free oil changes, they always have something that needs to be "fixed".
