Sales team is good Sukhpreet and Alana were helpful for all the questions I had. The sales process was smooth. However, after sales services are much low standards than the Brand Crown itself. They made me leave my vehicle for more than 6 hours for some issues I experienced from the very first day I got the vehicle and when they booked appointment, communication from service department was poor. Service through Crown group doesn’t seem to be smooth. After 6 hours they say make another appointment when they would discuss it with their manager and will let me know when can I make an appointment. Strange to me….
