Worst first car buying experience I have ever had. To think I trusted these people with my money and they royally screwed me over. Sold me absolute garbage and told me lie after lie. From day one bring my car home there was problems with it from day one, waited forever to get a car that I can't even drive for more than a week. I was told it was fixed multiple times. Not trustworthy and I do not recommend this dealership for first car buyers or any car buyers.

It's already 1 week since I purchased my new Hyundai Tucson 2017 and it fits right in with my family. I have to say that I was well taken care of by the Team at Hyundai Dilawri on Hunt Club Rd. When I first walk in, Eli was there to greet me. He offered me a latte and set me up with Edi who made me fall in love 😍 with my new car after test driving it. After we spoke, I said that I needed to think about this new purchase and see if it fits within my budget. I slept on it and the next day, I went back to Hyundai, but I was not convinced that my dream car is within my budget. That's when Adam Fata came to my rescue. He actually went through detailed information about extended warranties where it would benefit my family with extended coverage and roadside assistance. I wanted to explained to him that it sound nice and all, but I know my budget and that it was almost impossible for me to balance in paying for all of those features. By the time he calculated everything and my credit was approved, he then showed me my instalments. All I can say ..... is that I am one happy customer. My family is safe on the road, it's within my budget, and that's all a mother can ask for. I even had a bad cough and Adam was there to save the day with a Luden's 'wild honey' 🍯 lozenges. My experience from the beginning to the end was fantastic and professional! Thanks Adam 😊

Edi Vugdalic gave us the best advice to choose the perfect car for us. Right from the start he was very attentive to our needs, this shows that he is professional and an expert in his field, and when we were not talking business he made sure that we are comfortable and sat along so that we didn't feel unattended, which shows he has excellent personal skills. During the test drive he was very patient with us and explained every new feature in detail. At the time of delivery of the car, he made sure that our car was in perfect condition and made our first car experience the best...!!! Me and wife are very happy with our brand new car. Thanks a lot Edi.

Hi Alex, Thank you for taking the time to write us about your experience at Hyundai on Hunt Club. I tried looking up your file and I didn't see any services that you had completed here. I understand that you came in looking for reimbursement for repairs you had done at another garage and thought they should have been cover under your recall for the rear trailing arms that was completed back in 2010. Unfortuently there is no warranty for that due to being performed 7 years ago. You should have received a letter from Hyundai Canada clearly explaining what the recall is. All our service advisors explain the recalls if customers have any additional questions which the service advisor did explain to you. I appreciate your concern about my job duties and I am very busy with everyone coming into my office asking questions but I ensure you that if any customer requests to speak with me personally, I would be happy to take the time to do so. Parts beyond belief excessive pricing

A small plastic part connecting hoses in my engine broke. The parts department called it a "hose assembly intensifier". This part is probably worth $10-$15. I expected to be extorted as usual to the tune of $50 or so. My jaw dropped in disbelief as I was told that it was $150.00!! This is simply unacceptable. I will not buy another Hyundai nor deal with these people ever again.

not eeverything are well explained to me by the agent and the guy that process the financing. i was not informed if the safety inspection and emission of the car are still good for 2018 or it need new emmission and safety.
