To buy my car from great people made me very happy as well because it was the first new car I’ve bought.

I gave them five stars however I am charging that . I had a leased vehicle with Hyundai I was then put into an financed vehicle and the told me that they would be making the remaining payment however the missed 395$ and I was put in collection years after I was already in my new vehicle . I even paid the 395$ and asked them to report it to the credit bureau which someone said they would call me back and never did . It’s unfortunate because I was planning to trade in my vehicle and upgrade to something new but since they missed payment on the leased vehicle and did not rectify the situation . I am HIGHLY UNSATISFIED AND MY HYUNDAI DAYS ARE OVER

Bad customer service from Moe Ali. Incredibly insisting I come in to the dealership after the fact I said to him I am not interested. I do not need more text messages from him. I will rather go to Pathway Hyundai were I wont get harassed.
