We had great service and a very ,nice knowledgeable salesman. We had a great experience and we felt that we were treated well. when we came back to .pick up our truck the girl who gave us our orientation was also very knowledgeable and friendly We will definitely suggest this dealership to friends and family.

Break controller install.

I asked for my break controller to be installed, was quoted $45, yet charged closer to $70 for parts ($5 for each part that costs less then a dollar). The break controller did not work and then my cruse control stopped working. I went back to Larry Hudson's and they took a look and told me that my break controller that I gave them did not work. Now my bill was close to $400. I didn't believe them so I took a look and installed the same break controller, guess what, it worked just fine! The connections that I was initially charged $5 each where not even the right size to make the connection... Larry Hudson's mechanic could not even connect 4 wires right even thought they were given two chances. How could I possibly trust them to do any work on my SUV? I was refunded the entire expense... But only after I found the issue.
