Glen was always on time. He was courteous, respectful and we were impressed on how hard he worked. I've never seen someone work so hard and do such an excellent job! We are Very pleased with his work :) T & L Paisley

Dissapointing

The shower install and Chandlers work is very pleasing. However we are extremely disappointed with the inability of Bath fitter to hold up their end of the bargain in regards to a 4-6 week delivery that was promised. It was because of this promise we did not search out other options. It ended up being 10 weeks.........which would have been 11 if we hadn't complained. Reasons given were such as employees on vacation...........not my problem. All we received was a phone call from manager with only an apology and not so much as an offer of a free bar of soap for our extreme inconvenience. Obviously it was felt that Bath fitter still deserved to make their profit even though they did not deliver.I too am in a business where we make promises and if we don't live up to them its on us.Very disappointing that no offer of restitution was even considered....even a token one.

My only negative about my Bathfitter experience was that we were all set for them to arrive on a Monday and they didn't show up or call to say they wouldn't be coming. When I called them they said there was a mix up in dates. However, David M. did a fantastic job of installing this product. He put down runners all the way from the door to the tub and cleaned up any mess that was made. He was very neat, personable, informative, hardworking and did a perfect job. Extremely pleased with David's work.

The installer was very efficient and did a great job. The tub is very nice, and works well. What more could one ask for? My only complaint is that the tap whines rather loudly at some full flow rate, but this is more a reflection on Moen than Bathfitter, or the installer.

Happy with the results

Our sales rep was great, when I got the call for an install date, it wasn't on Monday or Friday as I had requested, but we could make it work. I wasn't home on the day of the install, my partner had some complications with having the installer call him when the work was complete, etc, but overall we are very happy with the end result.

Our 1st impression was with the estimator. We were very impressed with his knowledge and his approach. The installer was on location on time. He completed his work quite quickly and also did a good job of clean-up.
