Not much to add to the above - except that I hope your new location will be a bit more accessible. I use a walker and the current location has a high step to get up into the shop. Your staff are wonderful.

I am very happy with the used car that I purchased from Laurentian Chrysler. The staff was very nice and helpful. When I purchased the car I requested that it be detailed before I picked it up. It had already been detailed but was not as clean as I would have like it (found a childs toy in the back seat, some dirt in the trunk, the bottom of the doors had not been cleaned). It took 10 days for the car to be ready as it had some recall notices that had to be completed by Honda (I purchased a 2017 CRV). The day that I picked it up the car had not be re detailed. Although we had a set appt. for 9:15 that morning we had to wait for an employee to return with the plates and to have them installed on the car. We also had to take the car to the car wash as there was a coat of dust all over it. I am sure it was washed when it came in but had been sitting for a while in the back parking lot and lots of dust had settled on it. As I write this, I feel bad because I am perhaps being too picky. But I was disappointed. When we took it our for a test drive, we felt a little tug on the wheel when driving on the highway. I asked that this be looked at but have no confidence that this was done. As the salesperson who sold us the car was not there on the day of pick up we could not follow up on this. Again probably being too picky. We cleaned the car and took it through the car wash and it looks great.
