I recently had my baby fixed at the body shop at this dealership as I was in a minor fender bender. I was so afraid of breaking my bank account but I was pleasantly surprised! A friendly and professional gentleman named YIANNI SHIAPANIS greeted me, inspected my vehicle, walked me through the repair process and wrote my estimate. I received great customer service and Yianni made everything extremely simple and stress free. The work done was VERY fast, and I was so happy with the repair. Thank you Yianni and all the body shop staff for all your help!

A good place to get a good vehicle

We worked with Connor Creer to get a replacement vehicle after our Chevy Cruze was taken out of service by a 'kind' gentleman in a Dodge Trademan Van. We got the car we needed at a very good price with no muss, fuss or hassle. Very easy to get the deal done. Nurse is a great place to deal with.

I brought my car to the collision centre after speaking with Yianni who advised he would do his best to have my vehicle repaired in a timely fashion using as many GM parts as possible. He also ensured me he would do his best to have the work done to my satisfaction in as short a time as he could. He was very professional, pleasant and easy to talk with. He kept me up to date on the status of the repairs and the work was completed as promised. When I came to pick up my vehicle, he showed me the completed job and advised if there were any related issues to contact him and they would correct to my satisfaction. Great job. Thanks, Yianni.

I recently had my back bumper fixed because I had damaged it from taking a large parcel out of my trunk, and Pamela got my car in and fixed in a short period of time. The people there at nurse are very friendly and amazing and I would definitely recommend them for any damage to your vehicle. I got my car back in a day and I would use them again! Thanks

The customer service offered by Sebastian and his service team is bar none. Always courteous, professional and efficient. They meet promise times and exceed expectations every time, which is one of the reasons why I drive all the way from Brampton to Whitby to have my vehicles serviced. They treat you like family and aren't pushy, explain to you clearly what your vehicle requires and ensures that all services are done to the highest of standards. The dealership itself is also modern, open and the selection of inventory is fantastic. They have a in-house cafe where you can purchase a bite to eat while waiting on your vehicle to be serviced which is a nice touch. The sales staff is also great, and listen to your wants and needs rather than trying to push something onto you. Overall the entire dealership is customer oriented to ensure complete satisfaction each and every time.
