I had a funny noise that needed to be looked at and I was told to come in right away a service person came out on a test drive and was very polite and listened intently to determine the noise. He said he had the car when it was in for type B service and so knew the vehicle. Said if it continued to make the noise to please come back but it was identified as the glove compartment being a little loose. Dan you have always been courteous and respectful and so are your mechanics and your coworkers. Thanks for the great service. valerie zuliani

I've had my 2013 and 2014 Odyssey serviced only at Palladino and they met my expectations. I'm able to get a ride back home and a pickup which is really convenient and the prices are reasonable. I have peace of mind that the mechanics working on my Honda know Honda.

Horrible customer service. Condescending employees. Required multiple visits in a 2-week period. Lied about actually doing an alignment at my last visit. Do not recommend. UPDATE Aug 2015: more reasons I hate having to deal with Palladino Honda. I don't live in the city but they ordered me air bag parts without my consent after a recall (meaning I was unable to order them in the city where I currently reside because mine were "claimed" in the national system) and I had to travel 5 hours to have them put in. Secondly, after that highway drive, I requested that my car be inspected for any other issues after hearing particular noises and was told that I desperately needed new tie rods-- something I mentioned about a month previously at another visit. I'm not a mechanic but I do believe it takes longer than a month for a vehicle to be desperate for new tie rods to the point where they suggested I not drive the vehicle. Most recently, I had to take my car back in this week due to yet another issue that should have been discovered last summer when I suspected it, and was informed that they "forgot" to change my brake fluid as well. So now I'm paying for repairs on an issue I suspected last summer that is much, much worse AND I didn't receive a service last time that I should have. I know that cars have repairs and my vehicle is getting older, but all I ask is that they actually inspect the vehicle when I hear a problem; there have been 2 instances in the last year when they somewhat scolded me for driving my vehicle in its condition regarding a repair I suspected it needed well before they discovered the problem. I guess I have to commend them for being honest about forgetting the brake fluid, but otherwise, I am now very seriously asking myself why I keep bringing my car here now that it's not under warranty. It's not like the customer service has gotten better than last summer when I noticed how condescending they are/incompetent enough to misplace my car key. Again, I do not recommend Palladino Honda.
