Downsizing from my truck to a car was my biggest obstacle. I walked into Henley Honda to look around out of sheer curiosity and wound up with a Honda in my driveway. This place is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Brayden Roszl and Dan Chamberlain went above and beyond for me! Not only did they give me a great price on my truck, a fabulous price on my new car, and answer 5 million questions but they did it all with a smile after letting me test drive what felt like every vehicle on the lot. If you are looking for a Honda, then make sure you go here!!

I have been a loyal customer of Honda for several years and have financed 3 new vehicles with Honda Financial. When I took my 2018 Accord in for it's first service (Family Honda in Brampton), I had asked them to check the brakes as they appear to be warped. I was then informed that ALL four rotors were warped. I was extremely disappointed when I was told that Honda Canada was not going to cover this under warranty and stated it was due to hard braking by the driver. After speaking with Honda Canada directly and informing them that i have been a loyal customer, the only driver of ALL three vehicles, they have all been serviced by Honda Dealers; they should be able to determine my history of how I drive vehicles (The previous vehicles did not require any brakes until after 80,000+ km's and now all of a sudden I changed my driving habits within the first 12,000 km's of a new vehicle???). They still would not warranty the brakes!! After being frustrated and disappointed in Honda Canada, I reached out to Joe Ferguson(Sales Consultant) of Henley Honda, who sold me my previous Accord, in a last ditch effort to see if he could assist. Without hesitation, Joe engaged Shamil Becharbhai(Service Manager) and they informed me they would help me no matter what. They squeezed me into a busy service schedule, gave me a rental vehicle and took care of the replacement of the rotors. Henley Honda truly understands the importance of customer service and customer loyalty. My hats-off to Henley Honda and the entire Team!!! All my future purchases and referrals will be directed towards Henley. Thanks again!!!
