Just bought a new 2017 Accent from Experience Hyundai. The car itself and the financing is great, it's exactly what I wanted and in my budget. The sales rep, Andrew, and the financial manager, Jacob, were both excellent to deal with. They explained everything and answered all questions. The service from the dealership however left me fairly bitter when I was driving away in my new car, which ruined the occasion for me. Unless you're spending top dollar, looking at top of the line stuff, they don't want to deal back and forth, something I was told directly. All they care about is the bottom line. This leaves the little guy such as myself out in the rain. They did me no favours and had no intention of doing so, I walked in and took the first deal they had at a reasonable price and left a few days later with a new car and no reason to return. This dealership will not see me or this car again unless warranty work is required.

Typical Hyundai place (in a good manner) but painfully slow maintenance service. Extremely long wait times for service appointments. Update: Owner, thank you for addressing my concerns in response for my previous comments. I am happy wait times were fair and my appointment was not that far out when I booked my service this time. I hope this continues.
