I came in to have my 2020 CRV serviced. To have alignment done, repair/fix a leak in the timing belt? I think. Anyways, I was a bit late for my appointment but I was taken care of by Jomel. He was pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable what needs to be done and I was told that it might be too long for me to wait for it. He took care of my transportation to get home by Uber. And called me later on that it would take for my crv to stay overnight for they need the sealant to dry up perfectly. The following day, I was dropped off by my friend to pick up the crv. He was also the one who took care of everything. He explained to me how the repair wasn’t in the warranty anymore etc. overall, great service was given to me by jomel. From beginning to end. The service was pricey but it needs to be done

I was impressed with the exceptional customer service I received when purchasing my new car. Thank you to Kushal Joshi. He was available outside the store hours and made sure I got the best car for the price and gave me thoughtful advice. He is also good with numbers and we were able to workout a deal with the numbers I had in my mind without compromising any aspect. Worked out many options and helped me land the perfect vehicle. Great guy with great stories and insights of the market! Definitely recommend him and Winnipeg Honda.

It would have been 5 stars except the air hose that was ordered one week ahead still was missing a part so this need to be ordered and I have to come back to get it completely done. Also the wheel alignment that was done state the rear toes are not to spec so they can't align it ?!? Wish this part was explain to me prior to paying the invoice. Otherwise other services was great!
