Was told I wouldnt be able to get in any vehicle on the lot and have to stick with my current vehicle. Went elsewhere and was able to get into a 2019 SUV. They were nice at first and felt I was being judged over my credit rating.

I recently had my driver’s window smashed on a car I purchased from The Car Lot a couple years ago. I called to see if they had any recommendations for someone that could fix the window. They told me to bring the car in and completely vacuumed all the broken glass and sealed the window with plastic (free of charge) until I could get it fixed. Such amazing customer service, they really go above and beyond. Thank you!
