My reason for going into this college was the courses they had but the teachers don't teach .

When I went to college for first time I met Yogesh (EC) he said me to do the 2 years program instead of 1 year as I said yes and healso said he will also help me get the job at the end if I get him certifications till the end. I did emailed him at the internship time he never replied as at that time i did had some certifications. Teacher of ITP course Peter for first 6 months was really good and explained everything. Then the teacher Alrick came he used to read the book and was never able to answer the question after every month survey was taken and we used to rate him poor and comment but nothing happened. We never found the way he used to teach interesting in the class. If you have to read from book we can do that at our home why should pay that much amount for college. Employment Specialist Mariam Frederick at the time of internship we were aware of the company Soroc Technologies as from the past students which is not good for internship as its completely hardware based and we have only A+ in our program which is hardware based. So I said Mariam so many times before internship i don't want to go to that company but she said no its good and they will hire you after your internship. At the end she sended me to that place and as expected it was most unorganized place i have ever seen in my life. But I worked for them for 4 months and they told they will hire me and give me a call after internship till now I haven't received anything from Soroc. Last thing i would like to say is Say the truth and don't play with future with anybody. I know how many sacrifices i did while I was studying and now i am in debt with loan on my head.

Being a student at Trios has taught me a lot. Loved the experience especially the wonderful instructors and other staff member. My instructors were always there to lend a helping hand and the Employment Specialist went above and beyond to find a placement and a job for me.

I liked the environment, the timetable and the instructors. Unfortunately, I did not get a job in the field I was trained in (Medical Office Assistant). It took 4 months since finishing to find a job as it was. I felt that you get told a lot in the initial interview about help finding a job since they have contacts, and sadly I found my own job.

The teacher was helpful, respectful and on the subject to help everyone on the task but also in their personal development necessary when entering the social field. There was more studying and learning required than what I had expected but prepared me well and have me insights to more.

I had a wonderful experience with all of my other courses especially accounting with Barb but my main teacher for all the medical Judy was a nightmare. she did not like anyone asking questions especially me. She would have to be correct in anything that we spoke about even if it did not relate to school.. horrible teacher!!! i would NEVER recommend anyone i know to come to trIOS for the same program because i would not put anyone thru that kind of torture. she was always negative, telling us that NO ONE will get 90's in her class. boy was she wrong.
