Ils sont très désorganisés. On leur a demandé de faire immatriculer le véhicule au nom de mon mari mais ils l'ont immatriculé à mon nom. On a du aller à la SAAQ et payer pour l'immatriculation deux fois par leur faute. Quand mon mari est allé les voir pour les traitements anti rouilles etc que nous avions acheté au moment de l'achat du véhicule, il s'est rendu compte que le véhicule était encore enregistré au nom de l'ancien proprio de la voiture... bref, pas le meilleur concessionnaire en ville à mon avis. Clairement, ils ont besoin d'embaucher du meilleur staff ou de changer leur méthode de travail. Quand je lis les autres commentaires sur cette page, je constate ne pas être les seuls à avoir reçu un service moyen.
