Having an experience that no customer should face at a dealership. I was told they can work with the price I suggested as they ran my credit asked for cosigners before they confirmed on the price congratulated me that I would be getting my dream car. I told all my family and friends, my long years of waiting for the car is finally come to then just get a phone call saying the owner was not aware that they agreed to this pricing and their firm on 50,000+ over MSRP just got my dreams crushed and getting my credit score affected when they could’ve just told me that in the beginning Now I have to explain to my family and friends that the vehicle they promised me I would be getting is no longer possible because of poor management on their end. I conduct an amount of business in BC and can assure other individuals won’t be happy on my experience. Shouldn’t be getting poor service when you’re paying 150,000+ for a car

My experience with them was extremely disappointing. They not only failed to meet their promotion offer of $3,000 more on the trade value but actually lowballed me by $6,000 less than what they had initially promised me a month ago. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and a waste of my time. I advise potential customers to be cautious and skeptical of their promises, as my experience left me feeling misled and frustrated.
