I have recently purchased an Acura Integra Type S from Acura on Brant. I want to give a huge thank you to Hailey Green and her team for getting me into such an amazing vehicle 🙏 The team were very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate how prompt Hailey was from scheduling my test drive to answering any questions and concerns I had prior to and after picking up my vehicle. She even took the time to see how I was liking the vehicle and addressed a minor concern I had while on vacation. It goes to show she cares about her customers. Exceptional service guys! I recently purchased a new type S from Josh at Leggat. Absolutely great experience. Josh had my car to me, with tinted windows, in 24 hours so I could drive it back home. The only problem I had was they had to bring my Mustang to their Ford dealership to check the mechanical AFTER they had already quoted me my trade in value. Other than that, would absolutely recommend this place and especially Josh.

On Wednesday June 12th, I called the Acura on Brant dealership looking for a specific vehicle in their used inventory. Hailey Green one of their sales consultants picked up the phone, she was very nice and professional on the phone. Hailey Green was very quick at answering all my questions without any hesitation. When I got to Acura on Brant dealership at 2pm that same day. I was greeted by the receptionist, she offered me some nice drinks. I then meet with the sales Consultant Hailey Green.Hailey was very patient with me, Hailey was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. Hailey took her time to go over the Carfax with me to make sure everything about the car was accurate, and nothing hidden. Hailey was very professional, kind, patience and understanding throughout the whole process of purchasing the Vehicle. Hailey responded to all my emails quickly, and took time to explain to me in great detail the progress of my purchase. If you are looking for a professional and knowledgeable sales Consultant that will make you feel valued, I highly recommend going to Acura on Brant, and asking for the sales consultant Hailey Green.

I had a terrible experience with Acura Burlington service department. Adam was exceptionally rude and not very helpful when I was picking up my car. I experienced very poor customer service. I have never met a person with such poor interpersonal skills. I was surprised with his behaviour when dealing with customers. And I spent $600.00 on my car. This was not a free service. I am not sure what other people have experienced at this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2024 Acura Integra from Acura on Brant, and I'm absolutely in love with my new car! My experience with Grant and Haley was nothing short of exceptional. Grant was by far the best person I've ever dealt with when purchasing a car. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making the transaction incredibly smooth and straightforward. Haley was equally amazing, handling all the details of my trade-in and thoroughly walking me through the features of my new vehicle.What truly sets them apart is their attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Nowadays, it's rare for dealerships to throw in extras like window tints, but Grant went above and beyond to include them for me. Recently purchased a car at Acura on Brant and was super impressed. I had visited multiple dealerships in the area looking at vehicles but Hailey made my decision much easier with the customer service she provided. She was super knowledgeable and patient as I weighed my options and explored various vehicles. She made the entire process stress free and when I picked up the car; the entire dealership staff were enthusiastic and showed their appreciation. Would certainly buy a vehicle again from Hailey and Acura on Brant.
