Consultant was good. precise measurements taken, options given. Installer was professional, polite and instructive. However, I received a phone survey a couple of weeks ago and informed the lady that the pop up drain cover seems to be discolouring. She said she would pass this off to service......not heard from yet. PS My name is Dirk (not Derek)

Great Value, Great People and Great Work

Bath Fitters was great - their consultant was friendly, knowledgeable and took us through the whole process step by step to make sure we fully understood what would happen and how much it would cost. The installer did a very nice job and cleaned up after himself and their customer service reps were great to deal with. I would fully recommend Bath Fitters from my experience.

Great price, great service, great product. Bath Fitters has very skilled estimators and installers. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Mark M. was very knowledgeable of company products and we are glad we followed his advise. We will highly recommend Bath Fitters to family and friends.

The installer took great pains to clean up. I asked many questions, he answered them all. H e certainly knew what he was doing. We are very pleased. Wonderful job, looks great.

I have had trouble with my new bathroom two weeks after installation. Having opted for a glass panel which is now coming away from the wall. An initial call promised an appointment would be set for someone to rectify the problem. Of course this never happened and since then no matter what time of the day I call there is no one to answer. These are long distance calls. I would add that as a senior citizen I had to help the installer carry the wall panel upstairs. My husband is registered blind and was unable to help. Conclusion, think very carefully about dealing with this company

Yes they did a great job in only one day. Very friendly and kept me informed as to what they were doing. They didn't leave a mess behind, took all garbage with them. I would recommend them for your job.

This is our second home and the second time we have called upon Bath Fitters to help rejuvenate a bathroom. The quality of their installation and materials is top notch. We are so glad our 'harvest gold' tub and 'limey green' ceramic tiles be gone... truly a transformation from eye sore to eye pleasing.
