This was the first time ever being at WhiteRock Dodge. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted by the nicest smile ever. Later to find out his name was Codey and he’s a Salesman there as well. Next we met Tom. Another smiley guy that reminds you of a big Teddy bear. I was a little standofish due to a terrible experience at a local dodge dealer and when Tom greeted us and asked if we need help I was quick to say NOPE with a tad bit of attitude. Tom took this as a challenge and within 10 minutes we were chit chatting about trucks like we were best friends. Unfortunately the truck we wanted was sold, and giving a list of specs Codey L ( manager ) and Tom found us our truck within 24 hrs it was transferred to their lot. Another AMAZING person I need to mention is BAELI in finance. This girl knows her stuff let me tell you. Within 1 hr I was approved and basically signing docs and leaving with our truck! I owe it all to her. All in all we are SUPER happy with our experience and we’re very thankful. Ps. My girlfriend also purchased a truck the same time as us and I’m sure you’ll see her review in the next days coming!

I usually dress in my dirty work clothes and I also look young for my age. Therefore I've had another dealership (Mercedes) not even make eye contact with me. I also had a receptionist tell me to take a seat until I walked out after 20 minutes of nothing. Vinnie treated me with no discrimination and entertained my ideas despite my appearance. I drove home in the Jeep Gladiator I was eyeing the same day. Vinnie continues to help me even after the sale was complete. The other 5 star reviews are true. Great service from a great team.
