Just an excellent experience all around with the staff involved in our purchase of a pre-owned vehicle, especially Norman and Kenneth in sales. Very helpful, friendly and competent. They made my daughter’s first car purchasing experience very enjoyable.

Purchased used 2020 Honda civic 4D LX a month ago. So far so good although we didn’t realize that the car didn’t have the hard copy owners manual in it until after purchase. We were told we could download it, not very impressed by this since it would be easy enough for Honda to just purchase this and send it to us. If I want one it looks like I’d have to pay 50 dollars for it.
